“London Elite Landscapes” (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides landscaping design, build and maintenance services. Our website is provided for information and customer service.

2. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you request or purchase services, additional terms in our quotation, order confirmation and service contract will also apply. If there is any conflict, the signed service contract takes precedence, then the quotation/confirmation, then these Terms.

3. Website use & acceptable use

4. Information on our site

Website content is for general information only. While we try to keep information accurate and up‑to‑date, it may not always reflect the latest specifications, availability, or pricing. We may change content at any time.

5. Intellectual property

The site and its content (including text, photos, graphics and logos) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other IP rights. You may view, download and print content for your personal, non‑commercial use only. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

6. Quotations, orders & service scope

  1. Quotations: Written quotations are usually valid for [30] days unless stated otherwise. They are estimates based on the information available at the time and may be revised if scope or site conditions change.
  2. Surveys: Site surveys or design consultations may be required to finalise price and scope.
  3. Order confirmation: A contract is formed when you accept our quotation in writing (email sufficient) and we confirm your booking (or commence the services).
  4. Changes: Client‑requested changes after acceptance may affect price and timelines; variations will be agreed in writing.

7. Pricing, deposits & payment

8. Cancellations & cooling‑off (Consumers)

UK consumers: If you order services at a distance (online/phone/email), you may have a 14‑day cooling‑off period from the day of contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, unless an exemption applies. If you ask us to begin services within the cooling‑off period, you may be charged proportionately for work performed. Once services are fully performed within the 14 days, the right to cancel may be lost.

EU consumers: If we offer services to residents in the EU/EEA, you may have a similar 14‑day right to withdraw under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. The same rules on early performance and proportional payment apply. Local mandatory consumer protections also apply in your country.
